Tuesday Links: Young Adults Are...

It's Tuesday, which means it's time once again for the internet to tell young adults who we are.

This week, young adults are...

Moral relativists "imprisoned by [our] own subjectivity." (We also "see God as a heavenly Dr. Phil.")

Obsessed with Facebook; not blogging. (We apparently find blogging to be "Sooo Last Decade.")

At an increased risk for developing heart disease (but only if we're Canadian?)

The writer of the first piece I linked to above---referencing the National Study of Youth and Religion---makes several claims about the inner lives of people between the ages of 18 and 30.

He says that we have "little in the way of internal resources" to help us cope with life's difficulties; that we "have no sense that there is something important about our culture that [we] need to preserve and to pass on to future generations"; that we "view commitment and rootedness with suspicion."

Do you think these assessments are accurate?
